By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.  

## **2. Customization & Design Ownership**  
- You may upload or request custom designs for printing on our clothing.  
- You warrant that you own or have legal rights to any designs, logos, or artwork submitted.  
- **Lemenz** reserves the right to reject any design that violates intellectual property rights, contains offensive/illegal content, or does not meet printing standards.  

## **3. Order Process & Payment**  
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.  
- We accept Cash on delivery, Master card, Visa card .  
- Prices are subject to change without notice.  

## **4. Production & Shipping**  
- Custom orders may take longer to produce than standard items.  
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.  
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.  

## **5. Returns & Refunds**  
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns/exchanges are generally **not accepted** unless there is a defect or error on our part.  
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.  

## **6. Intellectual Property**  
- All designs, logos, and content on our website are owned by **Lemenz** or licensed to us.  
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is prohibited.  

## **7. User Conduct & Prohibited Content**  
You agree not to submit designs that:  
- Infringe on copyrights/trademarks.  
- Are offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.  
- Contain explicit or harmful material.  

## **8. Limitation of Liability**

- We are not responsible for printing errors caused by low-resolution images or incorrect design submissions.
